DELIVERY & RETURNS:

Delivery

1. Singapore islandwide, except restricted zones. No overseas shipping available.

2. All orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 days of the order being placed.

3. For deliveries on a specific date / time, requests must be included in the order comments.

4. Delivery fee: $20 per location.

5. Chocolates are delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles and must be kept refrigerated.

6. Failed deliveries (wrong address or recipient unavailable) must be rescheduled at the customer’s cost.

Returns & Refunds:

1. Contact us immediately upon receipt, if your order is incorrect or damaged.

2. After assessing the situation, if we confirm that the order is incorrect or damaged, we will arrange a replacement.

3. The incorrect or damaged product must be returned to our deliverer when they deliver the replacement.

4. Purchases via third-party platforms (e.g., Lazada) must be returned through that platform.
