DOC Cannon di Sardegna Lillove (Dry, medium bodied, red wine):

This wine has the fragrances of red fruit, roots and spices. It is enveloping, yet fresh in the mouth, with notes of cherry and plum.

Sagrantino di Montefalco Passito (Full-bodied, sweet)

Thick ruby red tending to garnet. Powerful nose with scents of blackberries, raspberries jam, black pepper and cocoa with nuances of medicinal herbs.

  • Toasted Almond Rochers in Belgian White Chocolate

FAQs About Our Chocolate Workshops

Is this workshop suitable for children?

1

Our workshops are primarily designed for adults and are an excellent fit for groups, celebrations, and corporate team-building events. While we welcome enthusiastic older children and teenagers (16 years old and above) who have a genuine interest in detailed chocolate-making, please note that our sessions are generally not recommended for younger children, as they involve working with tempered chocolate, which requires careful handling. The activities also demand a level of patience for techniques like tempering, molding, and decorating.

How many participants are there per session?

2

To ensure every participant receives ample hands-on guidance and attention from our expert chocolatiers, our workshops accommodate a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 30 participants per session. For larger groups (such as corporate teams or large celebrations), please contact us directly to discuss private booking options.
