This is an advanced Chocolate making workshop, where you will learn how to temper chocolate and make 2 different chocolate treats - moulded heart shaped bonbons, with a dark chocolate raspberry ganache, and chocolate almond praline. You will take home all the chocolate you make - approximately 15 to 20 pieces of each recipe.
