2 week chocolate workshop: The course will start with an introduction to chocolate, it's history, chocolate appreciation and tasting. You will then learn different techniques and recipes of working with chocolate to make an assortment of chocolate confections.

Duration: 15 hours over 4 sessions

1st Session: Saturday, March 10, 2018, 10.00am to 1.00pm
